Faces of Frances

Frankie is a firecracker.  She never stops talking, ever.  She is always the first one out of bed and jumps on our heads demanding cereal.  She loves legos, race cars, and frilly dresses.  She changes her clothes six times a day, each outfit pouffier than the next.  She's imaginative and goofy and loves to tell "Why did the chicken cross the road?" jokes.  The punchline is always "To buy a pizza!," but it is never okay for us to guess correctly.

She loves pink and purple.  She likes to go to nursery, but thinks Sacrament meeting takes too long.  She pauses throughout her day to tell us how much she loves us.

Every night at bedtime she requests the "Sunshine Princess" song.  Oh you don't know that one?  It goes like this..."There is sunshine in my princess soul more glorious and bright than shines in any earthly castle for Jesus is my light!..."

She sings lots of silly made-up songs, all of which include the words "when the peaceful happy moments roll."

Big things are mommies and little things are babies and that is that.  Our house is full of mommy screwdrivers, and baby library pencils.

She only nibbles at healthy food to save room for candy.

She has a feisty temper and has to sit in time-out at least once a day.  She always says sorry and gives lots of hugs.

Grandma Bonnie made her her a silky cape that she wears everywhere because she's "Butterfly Girl to the Rescue!"  She rides bikes and takes long baths.  She loves stories about when she was a baby and is sad when it's not her turn to say the evening prayer.

She shouts "Giddyup Humpback!" when Nate packs her around.
