Vegetarians--What What?

As of right now, we are vegetarians. It's been a long time coming. I talked to the kids about it at dinner tonight--Asher's thrilled.

This is a week for beliefs. PETA says chickens enjoy music, and pigs can play video games. Well humans can be crack addicts too, but I just don't think it's what the good Lord intended.

I believe in eating meat. Just not slaughter-house style. Someday I'll have a farm, and I will eat cows again. Until then, it's all tofu, beans, and nice leafy greens.
